We transform the ordinary into art!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS;
Is the finish durable?

Yes, here at Fluid-Grafix we use only the highest grade materials. After your items are printed they receive a clear coat finish in either a gloss, semi gloss, or matte finish. The clear coats that we use are the same high qualities that are used in high end automotive and marine industries.

Is there any kind of warranty?

Yes. We offer a full one year warranty on our coating and painting applications. The warranty covers the final product against; Peeling, cracking, bubbling and any type of top coat separation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to include scratches and chipping. MOVING PARTS that are painted or coated such as; gun parts for example, are not covered and this situation will be discussed with every customer on a case by case basis during the initial job quote process. The final sales receipt will be needed if there is any type of warranty work to be completed. All sales are final.

How much does it cost?

Estimates are given on a per item per job basis. The prep time, size and the complexity of the item or items being printed are the main focus for determining cost. The more complicated a part or if several different patterns are applied one part, this adds processing and prep time. Volume orders are also bid individually.

What is the turnaround time on my product?

Fluid-Grafix makes every effort to have your products decorated and being sent back to you within 1-2 weeks after its arrival in our shop.

Can the color of a pattern be changed to a color that I like better?

Some pattern colors cannot be changed, however your typical one colored design can have the base coat color changed to your liking. Typically carbon fibers can have multiple colors as a base to choose from. Kandy metallic colors look extremely nice as a base coat for carbon fibers as well as some single colored ink patterns.

Do I need to bring in or send my parts disassembled?

Yes. All the parts that you want to have printed or processed should be sent to us or dropped off completely disassembled, cleaned of access grease and oils and ready to go. Fluid-Grafix cannot be held responsible for the proper disassembly and re-assembly of your products. Items that need additional attention such as minor body work, additional priming or body filler will be charged additionally. (This will be discussed at the time of the initial quote on the job. Make sure you tell us in advance if minor body work is needed on you parts. This typically falls into power sports and automobile products).

What types of items can be printed?

A wide variety of flat or 3-D shapes and manufacturing materials such as plastics, metals, woods, glass, etc. can be printed. Everything from; key fobs, sunglasses, motorcycle parts, ATV’s, firearms, home furnishings, animals skulls, car interiors, basically if it can be painted we can print it!
