HYDROGRAPHIC PRINTING
Also known as water transfer printing, camo dipping and hydro imaging is a state of the art technology that allows us to decorate hard goods that have 3-D geometric shapes, in hundreds of different pattern designs. The process begins by preparing the surface of the part and then applying an automotive grade epoxy base primer. Once the primer base is dry, the base color is then sprayed on the part. After the base color coat is applied, the pattern selected by the customer is cut to size and applied to the top of the water inside our processing tanks. A chemical reaction takes place after applying specialized ink activators and the film turns into liquid ink that float atop of the processing tank's water. The customer's supplied part is then immersed into the water, through the pattern and the decorative pattern wraps completely around every angle, twist and turn of the entire object. This results in a complete three dimensional pattern coverage on the supplied part. The part is then allowed to dry and then finally sealed with clear in high grade automotive clear in the customer's choice of a matte (low gloss) finish, semi-gloss, or high gloss finish.
The customer supplied part is now TRANSFORMED into a piece of art that is a unique to their own personality and taste! The possibilities and choices are endless with hundreds of patterns and different base colors to choose from!
TRUE FIRE AIRBRUSH ART
We specialize in true fire painting on motorcycle parts to include tanks, fenders, hard saddle bags, fairings, headlights, etc. Our technique allows for very deep looking flame licks which we can apply to your parts in almost any color combination. Every true fire job has a minimum of 4 coats of clear as a final protection barrier and then sanded and polished to a high show quality shine.
WARRANTY
We offer a full one year warranty on our coating and painting applications. The warranty covers the final product against; Peeling, cracking, bubbling and any type of top coat separation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to include scratches and chipping. MOVING PARTS that are painted or coated such as; gun parts for example, are not covered and this situation will be discussed with every customer on a case by case basis during the initial job quote process. The final sales receipt will be needed if there is any type of warranty work to be completed. All sales are final.
